Profile

Mr. Xu graduated from Beijing Forestry University with a B.A. degree in law in 2002. He has worked in the trademark department of a large law firm in China for a decade and was engaged in a wide range of legal services in the trademark field. Therefore, Mr. Xu has expertise in Chinese legal system, particularly in trademark practices including the trademark registration, cancellation, opposition, dispute, review and negotiation trademark assignment for both foreign and domestic clients. Besides, he also managing trademark portfolios for several large entities. 

Furthermore, Mr. Xu also has a certain understanding of the trademark system of major countries in the world, and is able to provide customers with intellectual property protection programs.
