Peter Guan is a registered patent attorney with over 25 years of experience in all phases of international and domestic patent matters. His practice includes patents, trademarks and copyrights. Peter's experience consists of patent and trademark preparation and prosecution before both the CNIPA and foreign patent and trademark offices in the chemical, mechanical, and elector-mechanical fields.

Ms. Lu is a senior patent attorney in our Chemistry and Life Sciences team and has been in the profession since 1999. She started her career as an in-house attorney with a multi-national company in Shanghai. After that, Ms. Lu co-founded a patent and trademark practice firm and later joined our firm.

Mr. Sun has extensive experience in implantable medical devices, surgical therapies, and diagnostics, including ultrasound imaging, therapeutic ultrasound, neurostimulators, cardiac pacemakers, cardiac pumps, cardiac ablation, single cell analytics platforms, and reproductive health. He also works on semiconductor and clean energy technologies including power grid monitoring, electricity generation, battery storage, semiconductor fabrication.

Mr. Zhao is a registered patent attorney and has been in practice for more than 18 years. Over this time he has built a practice focused on writing and prosecuting patents, as well as a significant amount of dispute resolution.

Mr. Wang has been in intellectual property profession since 1998 and qualified as a Patent Attorney in 2001. He has extensive experience preparing, filing and prosecuting patent applications; providing Freedom-to-Operate advice; undertaking patent and IP landscaping analysis; providing IP strategy and portfolio management and advising on contentious matters.

Ms. Zhang is a registered patent attorney with a wealth of experience in the biotechnology and medical sciences fields. Her work includes all aspect of patent portfolio management and developing robust IP strategies for clients.
